What I highly recommend doing is to integrate video into this process in several areas. You can not only do this by posting free videos to your review pages on your blogs or Squidoo lenses, but you can also take the articles that you will be using to drive traffic to your Blogger blog and turn them into videos and upload them to the video sharing sites for maximum traffic.
Another little secret….
Is that the videos you use on your landing pages don’t even have to be YOUR videos. I have been successfully using other peoples videos in different niches I promote. You will be amazed just how many people create videos with NO branding on them because they are passionate about the topic. You can easily go to YouTube or another video sharing site and find a video that can really compliment your reviews for your Clickbank products.
To show you how quickly you can test your niche. I recently tested a new niche by writing a few articles and integrating video into the process using a Squidoo Lens, Blogger, and a WP blog that I host. As soon as the articles were approved at EzineArticles my first $37 sale came in within an hour or so and then 36 hrs. later another sale totalling about $74 all from just a little test with 27 clicks on my afiliate links. Incidently the sales are still coming in since I increased my efforts.
Make sure that you track your urls. You can easily do this using Clickbanks appended tracking feature. Then you can check your stats under their analytics for your hits and conversions on your links that you create. You’ll be able to tell where to focus your efforts from the traffic your getting.
Don’t expect loads of traffic from this at first, it takes time to build it up. However the little traffic that you will be getting will be highly targeted. My first sale in my recent test came in after only 18 hops on the link and there were 3 or 4 hops out of those 18 that were from me testing the links.
Also you can get numerous SEO benefits from doing everything mentioned here including deep linking to pull your articles up in Google. As an example you can do this by linking your YouTube videos to your articles which in turn go to your blog. Or From your Squid lenses to your articles which lead to your blog.
I highly recommend after testing your niche with a quick Blogger blog to go ahead and get a free hosted WordPress blog on your own domain and turn all your traffic there. You can still keep your Blogger blog but most of your article bios should now be pointing to your own WP blog. The reasons for this is that you do not want to waste your time on building backlinks and traffic to a site that you have no control over.
